AXIS Design assists clients with various aspects of mechanical design, ensuring projects meet functional and safety requirements. Specialize in finite element analysis simulations including Static Linear FEA, Dynamic Nonlinear FEA, Thermal Simulations, and Sequence of Events Simulation where loading of mechanical parts or assemblies occurs at different time intervals. Prototype machining services include 4-axis CNC milling, turning, heat treating, rapid prototyping (3D printing), and secondary operations (finishes)
