This place is less then desirable, my a/c has been out probably this whole summer, I've asked if they can fix it but instead we always get the run around. I would ask about updates and improvements on the amenities but they would always tell me we'll send a letter out when its ready and would hang up in your face. If your thinking about this place, sorry to say you will be highly disappointed.

This place is a dump...Stay away from it....you can't get anything fixed....pool just opened and its july...goes through managers like water....will show you a really nice model but i promise..yours won't look like that....if there was a way to do a negative rating on here they would have it.

Not recommended at all. I lived there for almost two years and went through about five managers. None of them knew what the last one did. Very unorganized. I had to send certified letters to get anything fixed and even then it was only done half way. Had a flood in my apartment six months ago and they NEVER came to fix any of the water damage. The pool is never ready at the start of summer. Each manager that comes in promises the moon but is gone before they can deliver anything. We have had stairs fall in outside. The weight room is a joke. It has equipment in it that either doesn't work or is 30 years old. Sand volleyball court is nothing but a big litter box for the cats around there. Laundry room..well if you consider four washers and four dryers for the entire complex a laundry room then so be it. The model they show is awesome..updated and perfect. What you get is nothing like that. outdated appliances brown floors cracks in the leaky roof etc etc. Stay away!
