We bought our furniture here. It was a good price and affordable. However, the finance company they use are the rudest, most insensitive people I have ever come in contact with! We were late making a payment due to a death in my family in another state. We called our son while we were out of state and asked him to look up the number and to call to explain what was going on. After going through the stress of laying my mother to rest, I come home to SEVERAL rude messages. One even stated that the caller didnt believe that we had a death in the family at all, that we were LYING! When we informed the caller's supervisor of the messages left on our phone, he did nothing. Needless to say, we will never shop at Ashley's again. We will tell anyone and everyone we know NEVER to shop there!

Every time I go into Ashley's Furniture I feel chased I guess you would say. It seems like every time I walk in to go pay a bill they have employees standing at the front of the store and they don't even give you a minute to walk in the door before they are coming right after you to ask you if you need something. Customer Service is a great part of a company but too much Customer Service will scare the customers away. I hate going in there every time just because I know before I get to the back of the building to pay my bill I will be asked 15 questions by 15 different employees. I just don't like being harassed when I walk into a place where I will be spending my money. Other than that I love the furniture selection they have at Ashley's and I love the prices. They aren't too high and they meet my standards.
