When I brought my computer in the woman at the desk told me the place used to be a barber shop but they couldnt make a go of it so they just changed over to a computer repair shop. I should have known then. I asked to have my computer diagnosed for an insurance claim. They promise 48 hour turn around time. 6 days later I was still trying to get an answer. They finally told me the computer was inoperable and irrepairable. I ordered a hard drive download to a disc, and finally got the disc and my computer back a month later. Half of the files on the hard drive were missing from the disc. I've been trying since I dropped the computer off to get a diagnosis faxed to my insurance company and was told three different times they would do it that day. Its still not done, and today they stopped answering the phone. This is incredibly frustrating. Stay away from this place, stay far, far away.
