Horrible service ! Sat at my table for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledge that i was there. To my suprise when a waiter came over to my table, he was one of four employees that had been standing in the corner talking with each other. He made eye contact with me several time during this time period. This was my second and last time at this restaurant that this will happen, I vow never to attend this restaurant or maybe any other Ruby Tuesday's again. Ever wonder why they pass out so many coupons ? I did leave witout any service while managr was trying to covince me to stay.

Very clean, fairly new building. The staff was extremely helpful and prompt and the food was delicious.
