there is always someone unhappy about living at South Oak Manor, if you don't like the way it is then move out and good luck finding something better. I look at the Advantages, living here, your don't have to pay Utilitys, Taxes, upkeep on your House, no Mowing, and plowing Snow, the Management and co worker's do a great Job and don't get positive coments very often, try walking in there shoes before you Judge to quickly, Sincerly, Tony & Shirley Muhlenkamp 514,

this is a great place . cable is really cheap and they tell you when you come to check on renting here that there are TWO bills you must pay. RENT and CABLE. Since cable is contracted with Charter, why should you expect the other residents to pay your bill?

Since there isn't much in housing for the old or disabled, this is an okay place to live. WARNING: The cable bill is paid to South Oak Manor. If you don't pay it, they will disconnect it and if you are using a telephone or internet through the cable (not included in the rent or paid to South Oak Manor) the disconnection will affect your ability to call out of get internet. If you complain, the manager will look dumb and say she didn't know that would happen. Whether or not you pay the cable bill to South Oak Manor or not, they don't have the right to disconnect other services they aren't responsible for. So heed that warning. Building is kept clean but what you sign in the 1000 page lease is not what really happens so be careful. Everything is locked up at 9 p.m. including laundry which they tell to you to get out or they will lock it up, the lease states all facilities are open 24 hours, THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!!
