Wanted to pet and spend time with one of the cats at this location and a rude worker explained that "isn't allowed unless you want to adopt the cat." How will I know if I would like to adopt the cat without spending time with it? Also, love and socialization is a crucial part to an animals adoption. I volunteer at a shelter and never has anyone been told that it isn't allowed to be done. I will not purchase any merchandise from petsmart at anylocation after this. I am disgusted.

My dog was groomed at Pet Smart, 26063 Great Northern Shop Center, North Olmsted, Ohio. My dog is a Bichon mix. I explained to the clerk that I wanted a "full face" like a Bichon, the highest pile for the body, and tail, ears and nails trimmed. I emphasized I wanted a full face and did not want my dog shaved. The clerk appeared to type in what I said and assured me an "experienced" groomer would take care of my dog. After three hours, I returned to pick up my dog and did not recognize her! She had been cut to look like a poodle. She does not resemble the dog I brought in. Her hair is short, her eyelashes almost gone and her muzzle cut close. The dog I took in looked like a fluffy, well-maintained pet. What I received looks like a standard dog pound mutt. I am highly disappointed and angry that chain store professionals cannot follow simple directions.
