I really like this company. They have been a godsend. I am always tinkering around with my computer, and they always have to come up and fix everything I've screwed up. :)

These guys saved my laptop! My entire business (marketing company) and all my client files are on my computer and it crashed a few weeks ago. The IT Doctors staff was very knowledgeable, they knew the issue right away and were able to fix my PC - and have my computer back to me (with all files backed up) within 2 days. Would highly recommend IT Doctors for computer repair! For Mac users, They're also an authorized repair center for Apple and were fixing alot of iphones, ipads etc when I was there.

Thank You IT Doctors! The Staff is very knowledgeable in all computer hardware & software. I was visiting family in Miami & my IPad became completely unresponsive! I went to Apple Store at Aventura, but it was way too crowded & busy! I searched the Internet for an apple consultant in 33180 & located IT Doctors who is an Apple Authorized Service Center. They were located right around the corner so I ran over there & was greeted by an over friendly staff. One of the techs was able to reset my iPad. The staff was great with helping me set up a Dropbox Account & configure it properly on my iPad & MacBook. I would highly recommend IT Doctors to all my friends & family! I will have no problem shipping my computers from Ohio..

have been working with one of the owners of this company for 15 years prior to him joing forces with a few other EXPERTS in the computer business. I cant say enought about the men in blue! There is nothing they cant do or resolve.Seriosly, i have never dealt with such a knowledgable group of people when it comes to computers. They are so diversified it is incredible. I know they are growing and a have many clients to take care, but you know what, I still get the customer service i got from day one and still treated as if i am their only customer. I still work directly with the owner himself and not put off to a another employee,its great!They are courteous, unrushed, and totally honest and upfront. As far as pricing, they are very fair. You get what you pay for. I appreciate all you guys have done for me to help keep my business up and running as well as my personal computers. I totally recommend them to everybody!!

My Mac has been diagnosed, serviced, and repaired in a very reasonable time frame. The tech educated me on ways to maintain my computer that will help me keep it organized for optimum usage. I highly recommend "It Doctors" for any and all computer issues. They are also reasonably priced which is a bonus!
