WARNING!! Do not trust these people! Apparently under new owners or management

I have used this business for over 10 years. No problem until now. I took a jacket for sleeve alterations. An Asian woman who I had never seen there before , very rudely made me pay upfront. Never a requirement before.

My gut was telling me not to do that. however, not having any problem before , II paid $25. Twice the cost others charge.

After completion, I realized it was the same length as when I took it there. She measured at the time 1-1/4"to be altered.

If any, they alterded 1/4" not 1-1/4".

I returned the next day for another Asian to say she would take it up more for

$ 12.50. And she had the audacity to tell me I had to pay up front!! SERIOUSLY..... Like I'm stupid enough to do that again??

You didn't do it right the first time & you want to charge me another $12.50 for what you were suppose to do for $25?

This is definitely a scam to charge $40 for a $12 job!

I have been using this service for over 20 years. I have never gotten anything back that was not perfect. If there is topstitching, it is impossible to tell what the manufacturer did and what they did. They can fit you to make even bargain clothes look like they were made for you. Not inexpensive, but reasonable, and done right the first time. I won't use anybody else.
