worst experience ever, had a wreck, had to do body work and replace auxillary pump, they did the body work but didn't bother doing the mechanical work. they gave us the car back that wasn't completely fixed because they said some of the issues didn't happen in the wreck, so they gave me the car back with parts in the trunk because they couldn't put them back on!!!!! they gave me the car back within 2 days the car blew up. at the point the insurance company totaled it saying - they believed the shop did not provide due dilligence and did not effectively ensure the radiator or the mechanics were working. the insurance company said it wasn't their determination as to weather the incident happened in the wreck or not it belongs to the insurance company. Had to take the car to another shop with the final determination that the engine was not totaled due to the shoddy work of North Point, these people have no integrity or sense of obligtaion to their customoers or their safety.
