De Wafelbakkers manufactures a variety of pre-packaged, frozen breakfast products, including waffles, waffle sticks, pancakes and French toast. Its waffle varieties include regular, blueberry, apple cinnamon, chocolate, hi-protein, granola, oat bran and seven-grain. Its pancake varieties include gourmet, buttermilk, blueberry and shelf-stable. French toast is produced in gourmet and apple cinnamon flavors. The company s packaging options include club boxes, stack wrapped, folding cartons, bulk and clear poly wrap. De Wafelbakkers plant is located in North Little Rock, Ark., near the intersection of Interstate 40 and 430, which provides access for distribution from coast to coast. Its manufacturing facility was built in 1994 and expanded in 1999 to the present size of 55,000 square feet. The plant has freezer and refrigerated space of more than 10,000 square feet. The facility is positioned on a 15 acre tract for future expansion.
