My husband and I have had the WORST experience with Butler (Landers Road). They have horrible customer service, and do not follow through on any of their policies/promises. We bought a King Size Bed, King Size Mattress, two full size beds with mattresses. The King size bed and Couch were ordered April 21st, and we were told by the sales reps (multiple people) that the maximum amount of time it would take to be delivered would be 3 weeks. Our receipt also states "25 days max-guaranteed delivery." We are still waiting. It has been almost double that time. We have called Butler multiple times on this issue. I was promised by employees that they would call me back, I would leave messages, never to be called back, and the list goes on. When we were told our bed would not be in until June 23rd (almost 9 weeks after order date) I told them I wanted our money back. We were then told that there was the same style bed, but last years model-that it was new, in stock and in the box. We could do a one-for-one swap. I said okay. The bed arrived, and it was chipped in 8 or 9 places, had paint on it, and there were spots where you could see that someone had covered up chips with a marker. I called them back and told them about this-so now we are waiting for our original bed again. Not to mention we were told our mattress was brand new. It is stamped "second hand product". We are also still waiting on the couch we ordered, and one of our full size beds that were delivered was damaged and has to be replaced. We have not seen the replacement headboard yet because it is supposedly getting delivered with the couch and new King size frame. This has been very frustrating. During this time, no apologies have been made, no discounts given, making us feel as if we are not valued customers. We paid for everything in full, up front, and expected to have our furniture when it was promised. We have just moved here from overseas in April, and still have not had a couch to sit on.
