Pinewood Elementary offers a range of educational and extracurricular programs for students in kindergarten through grade five. It is a member of the Piper Zone and is located in North Lauderdale, Fla. The school employs teachers, behavior specialists, reading coaches and paraprofessionals. Its parent-teacher association conducts fundraisers to support campus activities. Pinewood Elementary also provides a range of stationery items, such as glue sticks, pens, paper, markers, highlighters, scissors and notebooks. It additionally organizes family nights and science fairs and serves afternoon meals. Pinewood Elementary, with an enrollment of more than 1,000 students, is managed by Broward County Public Schools.
