I could hardly contain myself when I was here, I could see myself going back in here more often, very efficient to my part, just a drive away and lots of things to buy.

Finally, professional/friendly service at a home improvement store. Called many & visited 1 (very scary experience all around). However from very1st phone call at customer service/transfer to Millworks & a followup pickup to make sure I connected with a sales associate...I was surprised. I then spoke to Mike who promised to give Daniel/Millworks my name/# to call me as soon as he arrived. (Yeah, Right?) Daniel did, 5 min. after his shift started! We talked & he was very helpful/professional, going an extra mile to help get me started. Left work, went straight to Lowe's. I went to the Millworks dept. & no one was there...1 minute later Daniel appears ready to help me! :D Daniel was thorough/knowledgeable from beginning to end of my garage door opener purchase/setup! I also noticed that the store was clean inside & out & well organized/stocked. Staff around the register looked attentive & ready to help. Thank you so much all of you! I needed a positive experience!
