Kevin J. Day possesses over twenty six years in the field of residential and commercial real property valuation analysis. Mr. Day is a Rhode Island Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, is FHA certified, and currently listed on the approved appraiser list for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.Since 1986, Mr. Day has actively appraised real estate in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Specializing in the valuation of residential property, other areas of valuation experience includes the appraisal of commercial, industrial, office, retail, apartment, and residential development-subdivisions. Special use properties appraised consist of marinas, gasoline service stations, church property, medical centers and appraisal for tax purposes.
