BEWARE! Do not trust this company! We brought our leaf blower to be repaired when the cord broke but it was running fine in December 2016. Kept calling until June with always got the same answer of "will call you in a week. After repeated phone calls I was told they claimed it could not be repaired, stating " We could not repair it and have discarded it" that was in June 2017. We sent them a letter stating that we would take further steps to get our money back and implied we were ready to go to small claims court for a market value refund. They called with delays a few times past the date that we gave them to refund the value of the blower. About a month later just as we were ready to file a complaint in court they finally gave us a refund by check minus a fee for them looking at it These are not good people!

I am a new customer to Ernie's this year, I have been using another repair center in town over the last few years, and had no idea what I was missing, that is until I experienced Ernie's! I went in not knowing what to expect, but when I entered the door I was greeted by Matt the owner, he was very respectful, and was happy and willing to answer my every question, with willingness.

I have brought in several pieces of equip into Ernie's this year, and I will have to say it was the best experience I have ever had! I have been to other repair centers, and was never treated as fairly as I was at Ernie's. Matt the owner if very outgoing and informative! I would recommend Ernie's to anyone!
