I had a really bad experience at this store. I print a lot of items and do so on a regular basis for my business. I was happy to use this store as it is convenient. I called my order in and got the lady owner. She was abrupt on the phone and told me she was alone and might be too busy to do my copies. I thought her a bit rude but gave her the benefit of the doubt. She then called me and abruptly told me my directions were unclear. I patiently explained them thinking again wow is she for real, perhaps I am just too sensitive. I went into the store and do printing business about every day. I use my AAA card for a small discount. I had not realized it had expired . She said this is no good , it is expired, I had not realized that . She said don't you hate it when you let your new card on the table at home and refused to give me the discount. I thought wow , I am a small business owner and I give my clients the benefit of the doubt, especially when they do a lot of business with me.
