I have been buying from this company for a while. They have come a long way and i got to say i love that they deliver straight to my house so i dont have to go shopping all around town. My rep is always helpful and not pushy. The owner is a cool guy and always treats me fair.

I purchased some items from them 3 or 4 years ago but quit buying from them a couple years ago. Since then they have made it their mission to harass me buy calling our business several times per week and sometimes several times per hour, only to hang up when we answer. Sometimes they will call & give us false names but the phone number is always the same number. I have repeatedly asked them to quit calling but they will not. I have spoken with the owner & he advised me to "just hang up on them". That is not the point. They are tying up my phone line & interrupting me when I am dealing with other customers. I would not recommend buying from them.

Rude salespeople who call my business 3-4 times per day and then hang up phone after I answer. All because I quit buying from them several years ago. I have asked them to PLEASE quit calling me but they continue to do it. I have contacted the owner to no avail. I would never recommend buying from this company!

This company, as with several similar ones around the nation, call pm businesses with usually the same products they are tryng to sell. The problem is that some of their tools are good yet some are pretty poor. consistancy is a problem as they tend to sell the same thing from different producers with varying quality. They usually sendout things on open account and ask you to either pay for the product in 30 day or return it. This is ok if you actually have the time for evaluation. I have been stuck with things I couldn't return, or use, for not getting back with them in time. Nos, all that said, I can live with it, but recently the calls have become more frequent and from mutliplying sources to the point I get several calls a day that really waste my time of doing actual work as well as talking with customers on the phone. It is really iritating to have to put a customer on hold to answewr another phone line and it is one of these jamokes with their speal it takes 2 minutes to determine they are making a sales call.Inthe oast two business days I have gotten 5 calls, three from Toolmasters in N. Hollywood, CA, all from different sales peiple. Even when I have told them time and again to please delete my number they still call. I would be very happy to neverhear from these peiple again but we all know whewre that wish will go!
