We use NACS to collect moneys owed to us. They are very good at what they do which is to collect delinquent accounts.

these is really a collection agency the ones that are calling people are just CS reps, no attorneys are involved in these. U can pay as much as you want ant whenever u want to, and if u want to. U better pay what u owe to the company u owe to, deal with the real people, because they wont work with u, these CS reps are hired to collect the full amount , that is why they will be hard on you, but they don't have the power to send you to court or nothing.

They misrepresented their identity and said they were attorneys - really they are a collection agency - they erroneously took money from my bank account and when I contacted them to credit it back they told me it was a system glitch and too bad. I had to report them to fraud department of my bank to get the problem resolved. Do not believe a word they say.
