The waits may be long and seem unbearable. However, in the long run going to Dr. Taylor was honestly the best because it was affordable braces and now my teeth look impeccable. Trust me the wait is worth it in the long run. I love my teeth now and the secretary is so sweet as well.

He is a nice guy. Its just that he loss interest in his career. The nurses are friendly but they do run their mouths a lot. The receptionist is nice to me. The wait is annoying at times.

This doctor does not believe in customer service and does not know the meaning of an "appointment". If my appointment was at 10:00 am., I would not see the doctor until 12 or 12:30 pm. If you visit this doctor be prepare to wait 1 to 2 hours. WARNING: don't be deceived if you are a new customer they will see you right away for the first few months, but once they have you as a long time customer you WILL experience the long waits and poor, poor, customer service from the staff and doctor (if you complain to the doctor about his staff he will support his staff and NOT you the customer).This doctor also has two kids (ages 2 & 4) and he takes them to the office every Saturday. His kids do distract him from doing his job, since he plays with them as his working on your mouth. Once he had his daughter in one arm and was working on my mouth with his other arm (true story).You get what you pay for! I did :(
