If you are in the market for a new Acura or a pre-owned car, I highly recommend Acura by Executive. The people are wonderful to deal with and the service is excellent. I had been looking for a car and found the one I wanted on the internet being offered at Acura by Executive. My wife and I took a Friday off to shop for the car and had some concern about buying out of state. Acura by Executive was a 2 hour drive from my house on Long Island, but they were worth the trip. As a 62 year Connecticut resident, and coming from a "gas station" automotive repair, family business, it is my pleasure to write this recommendation on behalf of Acura by Executive. From the initial contact with the sales department to several years of contact with the service department, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Many organizations are trained to provide a high level of service, but few do so in the genuine manner that Acura by Executive does. I am truly impressed with the sincere effort made on the part of every member of the service staff that I've come in contact with. I actually look forward to my next service appointment.
