Rates vary according to size of units and length of stay. Free WiFi is available for all registered guests, with applicable equipment, along with Comcast Cablevision offering special rates for our long term guests. Many activities are scheduled throughout the season. A heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, two pool tables, small library, laundry facility, updated showers and mail delivery are a few of our amenities.
