General Info

Dr. Fabian is a board-certified Dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs surgeon. He earned his medical degree in 1991 from Louisiana State University School of Medicine through a United States Air Force Scholarship. Prior to establishing his practice in Southwest Florida in 2003, he practiced in the Tampa Bay area and in Palm Beach County. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery, and the Lee County Medical Society.
