The Ruffed Grouse is an American pub. We are the type of bar to meet with or make new friends. We have a beautiful deck and outdoor dining area. We also have a great menu including 1/2 pound handmade "topped the way you like" burgers starting at $4.99, fresh homemade salsa and Mexican food including the only true "carne asada" burritos in the area, Cincinnati chili, slow roasted pulled pork sandwiches, Reubens, Cubans, Sonoma chicken salad and much more. Additionally, we are North East's beer experts offering over 60 craft and imported beers. We have an extensive selection of liquor and feature several local wines. Our happy hour is literally the best! 4 pm to 6 pm Tue - Sat: Complimentary chips and salsa. That's free chips and salsa (and hot nacho cheese & pretzels) Not just salsa, but the best you've had. Great food and friendly service. Ample portions for everything we ordered and a comfy dining area. Favorites are the Wing Fingers (medium hot) and the Mad Russian. A ton of beers to choose from, possibly one of the largest selections around.
Great food, Great service and a selection of over 60 beers from around the world make the Ruffed Grouse a must stop whenever you are in North East. I have been going to the Grouse once a week for the last 3 months and have gotten to know the staff and owners quite well. I highly recommend the salsa made fresh daily. They also have freshly baked breads and buns for their sandwiches and burgers. And the beer selection is second to none. Try the burgers, and the chicken quesadilla is awesome. Stop at the Grouse for lunch or dinner, I am sure you will have a good time.
