About RD&I is a roof consulting firm that specializes in design and inspection of roofs and other exterior building components. Practical experience from 25 years in the construction industry is what RD&I provides to its clients. Presided over by Andrew P. Houle, RD&I offers expert knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing, flashing, sealants, and masonry restoration. In addition to his extensive experience, Mr. Houle holds a Bachelors Degree in Construction Technology from Purdue University. He has earned the designation of Registered Roof Consultant ( RRC ) from the Roof Consultants Institute ( RCI ) and maintains that designation through mandatory pursuit of continuing education in the field. These courses keep him current with changes in codes, engineering and product development. Mr. Houle is a professional member in ASTM International and holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
