Today I call the office to ask a simple question and the women on the phone were extremely rude and unprofessional and hang up on me. I was in shock to know how this lady answers the phone!!!! then I call again and she replies that I was rude and that she wasn't going to argue with me when I was never arguing with her. OMG!!! what a horrible experience trying to simply ask a question. I believe this is the owner since she refuses to transfer my call to her supervisor and/or manager. I WILL NEVER EVER CALL FOR BUSINESS EVER!!!

Dartmouth Towing. I had just crossed over the Fallriver Bridge when I noticed a flat bed Tow Truck with rocks falling off the end of the Tow Truck. I got the phone number of the side of the tow truck and name, Dartmouth Towing Co. So I called the phone number to just to let the Dispatcher know so they could radio the tow truck. And a women answered the phone, she was absolutely "Rude" she said if only we could all be so perfect. I was just letting her know that rocks were falling off one of there trucks and that's what I got. Now I know by looking at the flat bed that these wer'nt just pebbles these were rocks. If someone lost there windshield on 5/12/17 at approximately 10:10am please email me I will be happy to be a witness. I would (NEVER EVER CALL DARTMOUTH TOWING IF IT WAS THE LAST TOW CO. ON EARTH) I can't beleave how I was treated by just letting there co. Know and trying to keep from someone getting hurt or killed.

Very rude and unprofessional went there to get an inspection sticker and the newbs failed me for a tiney light that displays my license plate when the other light was working fine. Soo i need both lil tiney lights to show my licence plate huh? Good job DMV. None the less this place has always been on the SH!t list. They dont even give there workers raises so they keep hireing new people untill they leave from noticeing there not getting a raise.. Stay away and Egg for easter.
