Okay, so here's the scenario: tried to get a local locksmith (at least, in the same state). No joy. So called him up and he said, sure! I can do it! Just had to schedule an appointment (as we're over thirty miles away as the crow flies and there ain't no crow flying between here and there). No problem. Appointment day comes and...he's not here. Call him up, he's on his way - gets here WELL after the 'regular' day is supposed to be over, he does his thing in about 20 minutes (changing out two locks). Does it professionally and with a smile and, in the end, a discounted bill. Had all the parts he needed on his truck (serious truck, this), so no 'I'll have to go back to the shop for this part'.

Paul is very reliable. He does excellent work. He has many customers, but manages to treat you as if you are the only one, or the most important one. I live out of state, and have done business with him only once before. On my say-so, he does the work,and just sends the bill. He's the only locksmith I'll use.
Its nice to get someone live all the time when you call and not a operator. They do care if your locked out or not and will always answer unlike alot of the others local guys. Thanks
