North Collins Central School District, located in Southern Erie County, N.Y., is a community-based learning center. It comprises an elementary school serving students in prekindergarten through grade six, and high school serving students in grades seven through 12. Its curriculum includes various subjects, such as English, science, social studies, math and foreign languages. It offers physical education classes and a wide range of sports, including soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball. The district offers cafeterias, libraries, media centers and computer laboratories in its schools. It has various clubs, such as Future Educators of America, chorus and band, the National Honor Society; and art, character development, conservation, marine biology and photo clubs. Its students write, edit and design the school newspaper, known as Eagle Eye. The district is located in North Collins, N.Y.
