I was a patient for several weeks to help me overcome severe hip, tailbone and neck pains. While there I was given more education on pelvic floor and core issues than I ever learned in over 20 years of trying to find ways to improve my health. The massages were so very helpful and the exercises they taught me helped immeasurably. I was able to overcome much of my pain and the added benefit was to strengthen my bladder and pelvic floor, ease constipation and gain energy and confidence.
