I was pleased with the service i received on my breathing machine. It has helped me a lot. The Respiratory Therapist was very informative and has called to check and make sure all was going well. Kudos to the staff!!

good staff and great service

After receiving the chair in August, I found several problems with it and notified MED immediately. The back of the chair was too low, the armrest where too low, the laterals needed adjusting, some screws where missing, the legs needed adjusting; missing leg pads, the seat needed rising, and the joy stick control needed adjusting. They have taken my chair several times, for weeks at a time, and still I am having problems with the chair and their service staff. The staff are not experience enough as they say they are with working with disability people. It appears that once this company has your money they forget about you. I have notified the vise president of this company, he has yet to send anyone to help with the situation. This problem has persisted for a year.I would highly recommend that anyone who is going to purchase a wheelchair, to find and research another reliable company that specializes in people suffering with disabilities.
