I have a 2004 sienna van and bought it new. I have several cars and never had so many recalls on 1 car. I keep the car up and take it to the dealership and had an issue with the door weld popping on the drivers door. This is a sign the weld is actually breaking. They would only warrantee it for 5 years or 100,000 miles. They are aware they have a defective problem but would not take care of it because it was out of their warrantee. What they offered me was a joke of $750 off my next Toyota vehicle. You have to be kidding me to buy another car from them with and not taking care of the issues that they know are faulty. Check out the complaints on several Toyotas and you will see they don't take care of known defects. If and when this car dies I will never replace it with a Toyota.
My wife and i purchase a 07 volkswagon beetle. The sales and service department was outstanding, Mr Wines and his service team met all of my wifes demands.(shes picky). We would buy from here even though it is about thirty miles out of our way.
My wife and myself bought a certified scion for the certified group and during the entire process, we felt they they cared more about our concerns then selling a car. Great Place To Buy A Car.

I just recently purchased a Camry from Haley Certified Center and have told so many people about my experience. I was treated extremely nice and I am so glad that I finally have a dealership that I can trust!
A couple months ago I purchased a used Lexus from Haley Certified Center and was amazed by the sales and service dept. The salesman and the sales manager made the purchase extremely easy and comfortable. I have also had my vehicle in for its first service and I have to say the same about the service dept. They got my car in quickly and and did not try to sell me a bunch of things I did not need. I will definitely be returning for my future service work as well as my next car purchase!

"Ask for Lee" We took our Corolla to Allen Tire, our usual preferred shop, to have them investigate the reason why the "check engine" light came on. They ran the diagnostic test and came up with a couple of codes that they researched and found out to be under warranty for repair. We were charged $42 for the diagnostic test by Allen, and then took their diagnostic printout to Haley. The first person we dealt with wanted to charge us $98 to run another diagnostic test, and did not seem interested in matching Allen's price. After leaving the shop, I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor, and Lee answered the phone. I explained the situation to Lee, and from that point on we had great customer service. Haley ran the diagnostic again, repaired the problems that were all under warranty, and did not charge anything, even for the diagnostic.
I purchased my used car here about 10 years ago. They are still providing really good service. If this keeps up, I may make it to 200,000 miles yet!
I visit Haley on Hull St. to have my car serviced on its regular intervals. They always do a great service job on the vehicle, but occassionally I have issues with them calling me to let me know it's ready. The last time, when I called to check to see if it is ready, the guy was short with me. I guess that is to be expected in a stressful, busy environment though. Some may say just take it to Jiffy Lube, but I really do trust this dealership.
I totally disagree with the other reviewer. I had a great experience at Haley on Hull Street Road. They were fail and honest. Perhaps they had financing issues? Anyway, I would buy from them again in a heart beat.
They lie about there vehicles. They will tell you that they will have it fixed before you buy but once you sign the paperwork they do not follow threw. There customer service is terrible and there finance manager is a jerk. This is about the used car section.
