If I could give less than one star I would. Called last week to get someone to look at my microwave. Someone was supposed to come out at 9 the next day. No one showed up. I called guy said tech must have got behind he can come out tomorrow at 9. So I agreed to that. Again the tech was a no show. So now 5 days later I call back and I am now asked what microwave I have. Apprently it's an LG so they can't do anything. The advice was to look in a manual and call. Which I don't have I just moved in this house and the microwave was already here. Seriously a joke and very disappointed I work nights and stayed up late after getting off 2 days waiting for a tech. Poorly run or the guy on the phone ( same guy every time) doesn't know what's going on in the business.

The owner is such a nice guy and very patient on the phone. My husband has been ordering different parts for different appliances for awhile now and we have even recommended friends and family to go to him. You just don't find small businesses these days with good customer service, we recommend this business for sure

I am EXTREMELY disappointed w Appl Conx.. We have done business w/them for almost 20yrs w/great satisfaction. Something changed since Oct 2011: A dedicated worker who became ill made a mistake and replaced my icemaker unit instead of putting a motor in the door. The mistake was forgiven, but the correct repair has never been taken care of. I'm embarrassed to say it's been 2 years and too may calls later and still no amends have been made. I was told this worker was very ill and had to quit; then it was we are still waiting for parts; now the part is supposed to be in ... but they won't schedule a repair. I'm embarrassed to leave my name for being so foolish to believe that this company would make things right! You can decide if you want to allow this company to work for you. But, after almost 20yrs of loyalty and this is how I'm treated ... someone considering this company may want to think again. dg, chester va

This is the only place I would go to for parts very helpful. Most places try to get you to buy stuff you don't need you won't have this problem here.

The staff at this location is very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a washer timer, and the part number wasn't available. They found one comparable too my brand. Had it delivered same day. Price was acceptable to me. Found it online cheaper, so they made a price adjustment. Was still alittle more but I avoided shipping costs.
