I hate that I have to give this dealer one star as they don't deserve that. I purchased my car a month ago - per mass state law a vehicle must pass inspection within 7 days or its a lemon. I still haven't passed inspection and I have taken it to be fixed 5 times. I have been met with hostility and attitude each time I've gone back. The dealer stole items from my car on one occasion and I had to call the police to get items back (I still don't have them all). The dealer has tried to charge me for items they are legally obligated to fix and told me they fixed items they didn't. They didn't disclose vehicle issues that were known when selling Me the car which is also illegal. I have asked for a copy of their "mechanics" license several times and I don't think he is licensed since I keep getting the run around. One person even tried to run me over while leaving the lot because I requested my stolen items back. Do not buy anything from this dealer at all they will rip you off. They prey on those who are not well versed in mass laws and who have never bought a car before. This is my 10th vehicle purchase and I have NEVER run into such horrible service...do yourself a favor and stay away. The dealer even called.me a "stupid little b****" its not worth the headache.
