THE STEVE HAZARD STUDIO & ART GALLERY is a venue for on-going shows of Contemporary Fine Craft & Fine Art for purchase in North Charleston, SC. This space features works by Steve Hazard, including paintings, sculpture, jewelry and decorative accents in kiln-fired glass and etched clear glass, as well as original tables with glass tops on mig welded metal bases. Hazard is a self-taught artist whose paintings, clay, art glass and metal works can be found in numerous private collections throughout the United States, Canada and the UK. In addition, the gallery also houses his personal studio, where he creates one-of-a-kind pieces and custom art commissions. The gallery, which opened in 2014, highlights contemporary artists from SC and throughout the US working in both 2-D and 3-D, including African and African American artists. Visitors to the gallery will find a kaleidoscope of artistic styles as well as cultural diversity that is truly international with works on display by more than 20 artists from 6 countries on three continents and 11 states across the US from the southeast to the west coast.
