Initially, the service provided by the doctor and nurses seemed outstanding. I ve been seen by them a few times however, the billing department could use ALOT of help. I ve now received bills YEARS later after they have sent me to collections (after NO attempts to contact me which they stated they have however, the collections agency didn t have a problem). Now, I m stuck doing the billing departments job as they DIDN T EVEN FILE CLAIMS for three of them to my insurance. I would not recommend going to this place if you are money conscious and believe your billing will be handed. Two of the three claims that were filled were billed incorrectly. As a claims processor myself in the medical field, I feel it entirely ridiculous that I have to do their job MANY years later!! It quite shows the incompetence of their billing staff. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE... EVER!
