Will never recommend this business to anyone. Have been trying to rectify a problem with local North Charleston, SC store and have not had any success due to the lack of integrity and lack of professionalism of store employees all the way up to District Level (Claudia Goodson). An employee of the N. Chas. store neglected to inspect a returned tuxedo jacket that was inadvertently returned the wrong store and sent it to the warehouse. I have tried to get this tuxedo jacket returned to the N. Charleston store so it may be returned to the appropriate tuxedo rental store. Ms. Goodson claimed this situation would be rectified within a week. It has been 2 and half weeks and I have yet to her from her. I have sent several emails, yet she claims she never received them. I spoke to a store employee yesterday and was told that Ms. Goodson could not be reached as she was attending a "baby shower". It appears I will have to go to the Regional Office for remedy. Poor Service/Cust.Relations!
