AWFUL
this place is terrible! I asked for a simple trim with some layers and I'm not sure exactly what I ended up with. It's a mess! Don't waste your time. Go to an ACTUAL professional! I will never go here again!

Went to this location because it is very convenient. Wanted to get my hair curled and asked for tight curls because my hair is to my lower back. I hoped they would last all night at a company dinner. When she was done I literally looked like I got a bad perm. My hair was frizzy as she put no smoothing balm in it and just hair sprayed it all. I literally was so mortified that I paid as quickly as I could and got out of there. I went home and washed it out, a waste of $45!! I won't ever be coming back here and will not let anyone else come here as well. Waste of money!

I absolutely hate this place. I've been here about 4 times. The first time was horrible. I asked for layers and i have long thick brown hair. The lady literally gave me one layer and it was and inch above the end of my hair. I had two straight chunky layers at the bottom of my hair. I had to have my mom fix it. Well i went back and gave them a second chance a few months later and the district manager was in and cut my hair. It was great . I loved it. Next time i went in, a new lady cut my hair. It was decent. The fourth time, i got the same lady from the first experience, but i didnt recognize her. AND SHE DID IT AGAIN. THEN she tried to charge me an unlisted extra amount because i have long thick hair. I don't find that fair by the way, why do you think i came in here in the first place?! I said that i refuse to pay extra and paid the normal amount and left. Im never going back. They are not nice either. I never get a greeting when I come in and no one ever seems to jump to their feet to come help. I absolutely hate this place and i am never going back. I would rather pay an extra ten dollars to get a simple PROFESSIONAL haircut somewhere else.

they have screwed up my hair twice! I will never go back not even to get it fixed!!!!

My boyfriend and I both go to Famous Hair in the Publix Shopping Center here. Kathy has done a fantastic job on restoring and repairing my hair that was damaged by me (home color processing ! ) .. The prices sure beat the fancier places !
