In 2012, we had a pool installed by Blue Haven. The project manager was rarely onsite throughout the installation process which caused several delays and rework. I still have one major issue which still has not been addressed. They are not very responsive when called or replying to email. I believe they rely too heavily on subcontractors and are not willing to standby their services or quality of workmanship. They seem tentative in forcing their subs to deliver the level of quality expected. I am hopeful we can resolve the last remaining issue.
