While Azalea offers more than one moving contract, our salesperson only offered us one. I am someone who likes control and doesn't mind taking responsibility. For Azalea to offer us only a binding contract as opposed to the unbinding one I thought it was is unprofessional. When I found out I was given a fixed priced contract, I was told that while they do offer more than one type of contract, I wasn't offered a choice because I knew what I was moving, so they chose the contract type for me.I do believe companies have a responsibility for good customer service and to help educate their customers about the services they are contracted for. When I tried to voice concerns I was blocked from escalation and offered a general email address for Allied. I was amazed at how quickly Azalea hid behind Allied.I don?t even care that my shipment missed the delivery spread because Allied is actually compensating me for that where Azalea claims no responsibility whatsoever.
