I went to the Wasabi Steak House with nine friends last evening to celebrate my daughter-in-laws birthday. The food

was excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating except for the manager. From the time we entered until

we left he was very cold and rude. We were told that we would have to wait in the bar area until our entire party had

arrived. We moved to the bar area and it wasn't long until the manager came along and didn't like where we were

standing so we had to move again. This was o.k. but the request was not made in a polite and friendly manner.



As we were leaving one the the women got confused (her first time to eat there) and went out the wrong door. I was

not a witness to the exchange between the two of them but as she was coming around the corner, I arrived. She was

visibly upset and was explaining to me what happened - at this point the manager came around the corner and got

involved again. He was not speaking in a very kind voice. Needless to say we left, knowing we will never return.



I might say that I have eaten at the Wasabi in Fairlawn and their manager is wonderful.

The food here is excellant! The onion soup is AMAZING!!!!! All of the food here is excellant! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone I know! Well worth the wait and the prices are pretty reasonable too.
