Had work done on 3rd vehicle in 4 or 5 years. Previous times had no problems. This time however, I won't return. Had my 4Runner in for a head unit, back up camera and they knocked out one of my center console dash lights during the install. I brought it back the next day and Xandr first tried to tell me it was just a bulb and it was my problem, these things happen. I then told them no, it was working when I dropped it off and when I picked it up, it wasn't. That means that while you were in the dash, something happened. I need to know is it just a bulb, was a wire cut, pulled out or what? They finally agreed to schedule to look at it a few days later. Then say I'm all done, it was just the bulb and try charging me for replacing the bulb. They never said they were going to charge me for the bulb or anything until it was all done. I NEVER gave any go ahead to fix it, I was after information. Told them this, they said "so, here's the bill". I explained that was not good customer service, the manager (Moose) then interrupted the sales associate and said "You know what, I'll pay it" I explained that anytime you take your car to anyone, if they break something on it, it is their responsibility to fix it and you can't try to charge someone for something they NEVER authorized them to fix. I was then told to "have a nice day". Between the lousy attitude of the manager and lack of actual customer service for a repeat customer, I'll be taking my cars elsewhere.

This place is a joke AVOID at all cost I purchased a stereo system and running boards for a brand new Jeep The stereo system has been taken back four times now and it still doesnt work right The first attempt to install it left my wife without tail lights. They running boards arnt even two years old and have already rusted beyond fixing The weld job they did to the mounting brackets look like a blind monkey was working for them. Save youself the money and the headache look other places

Had my windows tinted on my Ford Focus a few weeks ago. Tommy and Matt did a great job. I absolutely recommend these guys to anyone that needs tint!!
