I gave 1 star only because I couldnt give 0. I came here to get a Brazilian wax. The esthetician did a decent job, but upon checking out, I was charged $30 more than I was quoted. I understand up charges, especially when doing body waxing. BUT there was no reason for such an up charge, as I was already on a monthly schedule elsewhere. I asked to speak to someone about this issue, and it was almost a week before I got ahold of anyone. The owner not only didn't care about my service satisfaction, but was blatantly rude and unwilling to do anything to fix the issue. Not that I would go back. Several areas were missed that I had to wax myself at home and I noticed that the treatment room cleaning schedule(posted on the door) hadn't been filled out for a month. Don't waste your money, they don't care about the client, just the money they can scavenge.

I found this to be a very nice Salon with extremely friendly people. I never had a rude experience. I have brought my children in on multiple occasions when getting waxing done, when I did not have a sitter, and they were overly accommodating. Not sure what the other bad reviews are about, but I am wondering if they are even referring to the right place?!

Love this salon! The staff are very friendly and the tanning beds are outstanding!

Not recommended if you care about customer service. The atmosphere is nice and the aestitician does a nice job, but that is were it ends. You are not allowed to tip on a credit card and their policy regarding gift certificates is highly restrictive. I received one as a gift and the purchaser made the mistake of writing a specific service on it. The spa would not allow me to use it for any other purpose. I then brought in a $5.00 off coupon, but was told that it could not be used with any other "offer", the other offer being the gift certificate. Despite my explanation that the cash given at full value for the certificate could hardly be considered an offer the owner did not relent. I was so disgusted I used the coupon by itself and thought I would just come back and use the gift certificate later. When I did try to use it, it had apparently expired three weeks prior. Again, the owner would not make an exception. I won't be giving them any of my business again.
