I understand this is a used/consignment shop for children. I live over 45 miles away and contacted the store regarding a stroller listed as a "gently" used Peg Perego double stroller for $250. The associate that I talked to several times stated that it was in great shape and is normally a $600 stroller brand new. I inquired what model the stroller was and she advised that there were no marking on it that indicated the model name. I told her that I was interested in it and asked if they would take $200 for the stroller. She contacted the owner and advised that they would. The store agreed to hold the stroller a couple of day until I could make the 50 minute trip to her store. When we arrived they brought out the stroller that was more used then was shown in the picture or described. The strollers model name was clearly marked on the side of the stroller. A quick check on the internet revealed that this stroller sells new for $275, only $25 more than their original asking price. When I advised the clerk of my finding, she was unwilling to lower the price to a more reasonable amount for a stroller of this model and the condition it was in. She stated that the owner would not go any lower on the price. If that is true, I am fine with that, but don't waste my time giving me vague information on the product in hopes that I will make the drive and feel obligated to buy it. I would have never made the trip to buy a used product for $75 less than I could buy it new. Honesty is important, especially when you are selling used children's products. This experience make me wonder about how they handle the other products in their store. I don't not recommend you do business with this store unless you double check what they say for accuracy.

Wow, what a different resale store! It looks like a retail shop. The owner, Alyson, was very friendly and helpful. The prices are great and clothes are perfect. I will definitely be back soon. Kelly - N. Canton
