I love my new look

I cannot talk for anyone else except myself but i have been getting my hair done at this salon for over 7 years and everytime i get the exact results i wanted if not better (and i change my color and cut OFTEN!). There have been times when i had a different stylist do my hair and i have no complaints, they are all great! If you dont try this salon you are truly missing out!!

I've been to this salon several times and tried several stylists.. The first time I got a very young stylist who gave me the wrong color (even though I provided her with the exact formula my last stylist used) and very uneven highlights. The next time I asked for a different stylist and got a great result - unfortunately this one left the salon under what I considered mysterious circumstances and they got very chilly any time I mentioned that I would like the same color or style that she had given me. Anyway, they suggested a stylist with decades of experience and so I tried her. She was never able to achieve the color of the other stylist even though they reportedly still had her notes about the color she had used on me - the blond color I wanted came out a nasty red every time! I gave her three chances to get it right and the last time the highlights were so uneven and splotchy (and FAR from my roots) that I'm NOT giving them another chance. Save your money and find a different salon
