I called Proactive Pest Control to eradicate a bad rat infestation that I had going on in my house. I had called another company in the past and they just put baitr all around which did kill a few rats but they died inside the walls and I had to rip the sheetrock down to dispose of the dead rats because the smell was just out of control. After speaking with James from Proactive regarding my dilemma, I was told that what we need to do first is find the point of entry and get that sealed up and then trap the rats that were currently inside my house. To make a very long story short, the entry point was found in about ten minutes and then sealed by James. He had then set me up with traps inside of covered stations to catch the rats that were inside. We then caught three rats and ever since I haven't had anymore problems. I highly recommend these guys very much because of the professionalism and the skills that were observed during my time of trouble. Thank you very much Proactive.Mike
