Three years ago we purchased a bedroom set through a dealer in the Turnersville New Jersey area. This dealer has not been in this area for the past 2 to 3 years, cannot be found. In the meantime the handles on the dresser have broken off and cannot be repaired. I forgot to mention the style is "Babalon in white" . On three previous occasions I called Mainline to ask if I could purchase replacement knobs. They were very rude and kept repeating that I should contact the dealer. I tried to explain to this rude woman that he was no where to be found. She dismissed our conversation and hung up. This occurred on 3 attempts to purchase these knobs. Now we have a piece of furniture that is not functional. Also the quality is inferior. The marble is so inferior, that when you try to move a piece to clean behind, it just breaks off. Not the best people to do business with.

This is my review for main line furniture Inc.bad telephone manner not responsible when it come to resolve a problem with one the vendor , vendor refuse to return the entire cash after 5 months wetting for the furniture, in five months the furniture as been returned to the main line four times it was always damage , and also wood stain would come off on a cloth by wiping the dust i have contact the wholesaler main line and her respond was not to call her again in the mean time sofa king furniture in east norriton Pennsylvania as my money , and i have no furniture. at this point i want my money in the amount of 3,050.48, however the sofa king furniture wants to keep 25% of my money after they cause me to have high blood pressure. if i don't get my money in full i will continue to give information to the public in regards to both main line furniture and sofa king furniture. also sofa king furniture does not tell the customer that the furniture come from vietnam, and not from s.carolin
