Coordinated Family Care, also known as CFC, is a private, nonprofit care management organization that provides guidance and assistance for the behavioral and emotional needs of youths and families. It collaborates with families to offer a range of community-based and child centered services. Coordinated Family Care assists families in obtaining state benefits related to long-term mental health care. The organization also conducts various wraparound training sessions. It is funded by the New Jersey Department of Human Services. Coordinated Family Care is located in Edison, N.J.
