- Creative Edge Yoga, LLC, and Alan Franzi, MS, C-IAYT, provides private and group Yoga classes, Yoga Therapy and meditation instruction in the New Haven-Shoreline area of Connecticut. Wellness and Lifestyle support are available to enhance the integration of these practices into day to day life to bring their maximum benefit. In addition, we employ specialized Yoga and Posture therapy programs to address chronic and acute pain problems balance and other movement issues. Based on individual posture analysis and a paradigm that recognizes the need to treat the whole body to bring true balance, a prescription of systematic sequences of simple functional exercises are developed that are designed to: *restore alignment, balance, eliminate muscular dysfunction, as well as enhance overall flexibility and strength. *Improve posture alignment and muscular skeletal function. *Support increased strength and flexibility *Address and resolve of the true cause of chronic pain conditions such as repetitive stress injuries, migraines, back pain, sciatica, bursitis, tendonitis, scoliosis and much more. *Help eliminate the limitations imposed by pain and decreased overall metabolic and immune system function. *Empower you to once and for all to remove the mystery of pain and gain control over your health now and in the future.

General Info
The powerful practices of Yoga and Meditation are employed in both group classes and in private sessions to help students discover the potential for conscious movement and Yoga postures to help dissolve fatigue and tension as they help improve strength and flexibility. Mindfulness meditation practices and soothing relaxation help to further support stress release and heightened awareness. Alan Franzi, M.S., CYT, PAS has over 24 years experience teaching Yoga and counseling in the New Haven and Shoreline area. He is certificate trained in Sivananda Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Gestalt Psychotherapy. This work draws on additional study and practice in Kripalu Yoga, Posture Alignment Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation and Stress Management Techniques to support students' movement toward wholeness and well-being.
