Just an FYI (BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE) So on Monday I went to bring my Honda into Mackenzie Electric Mobile (boston road between gas station and verizo store) to get a car starter installed (gift for Christmas) so I walk in to this gentlemen that just had an attitude to start (grease ball of a guy) who said right off the bat where is your gray key (?) no clue what he was talking about and explained I was told I only needed my 2 keys. So with an attitude he corrected me saying the gray key is what is needed to install the car starter but then explained that he can just use my extra key I said ok and then he told me he would call when it was done. So at 2:30pm I decided to call them because I hadnt heard from them which it was done and had been done for a while so I go to pick up my car and the guy comes out to show me how to work it which thru me off because the last time I had this done to my other car they just explained it in the showroom/office area.
