  Reshma Rao Kundapur, M.D. joined Physician Associates in October 2010 and specializes in the area of Family Medicine. Dr. Kundapur is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She attended JJM Medical College in Davangere, India and obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree in 1999. Dr. Kundapur was an intern at Brackenridge Hospital in Austin, Texas and completed her Residency as a chief resident from State University of NY, Buffalo. Prior to joining Physician Associates, she was an Express Care Physician at Memorial Hospital, Shore Health System in Easton, Maryland.   Susan W. Jaffe, M.D. joined Physician Associates in May 2002 and is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Jaffe provides comprehensive women’s health services including well woman exams, family planning and contraception, infertility evaluation, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, menopause counseling and geriatric gynecology. After receiving a B.S. degree from Cornell University in 1973, Dr. Jaffe earned her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine in 1977. She completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston in 1981. Since 1981 she has been in practice in Montgomery County.

  Amy J. Byer, MD FACOG board certified obstetrics and gynecology. Received her Bachelors of Science Suma Cum Laude at the University of Maryland, and then her MD at the University of Maryland Medical School. She then completed her residency at the University of Tennessee. She welcomes women of any age. Special interests in contraception, sexual dysfunctions at any stage in life, and menopause — especially replacement, both natural, hormonal and non-hormonal options. As well, she offers early infertility evaluations, and endocrine workups and treatments.   Hing-Chung Lee, M.D., Ph.D. joined Physician Associates in May, 2001. Dr. Lee is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology. Dr. Lee graduated from the National Taiwan University School of Medicine in Taipei, Taiwan in 1981 and obtained an M.S. and Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii in 1983 and 1985, respectively. Dr. Lee was a Clinical Research Fellow in Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and Internal Medicine Resident at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. In addition, Dr. Lee was a Senior Clinical Staff Fellow for the National Institute on Aging at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland and later was appointed Chief of the Pharmacology, Brain, Aging and Dementia Section Laboratory of Neurosciences. Dr. Lee served on the faculty at Creighton University School of Medicine, George Washington University School of Medicine and Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Lee has received numerous awards and published more than 45 papers and abstracts, many of them addressing hypertension and issues in clinical pharmacology. Dr. Lee is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. Dr. Lee sees patients at the Rockville office Monday through Friday.

  Marc Grossman, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R. has been board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation since 2007.  He earned his M.D. at the University of Maryland Medical School in 2002.  In 2006 he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore where he served as co-chief resident. Dr. Grossman then completed a fellowship in Spine and Sports Medicine at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York in 2007.  Since that time, he has worked as a private practice physiatrist specializing in the conservative treatment of musculoskeletal problems.  Dr. Grossman performs fluoroscopic injections for back pain and sciatica in addition to electrodiagnostic testing.  He treats patients at the Rockville office Monday through Friday.

  After completing his residency in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Sanders accepted a fellowship in arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine at the University of Buffalo inBuffalo, New York, where he focused on the latest techniques in minimally invasive surgery, cartilage repair, and complicated reconstructions of torn ligaments and tendons. The fellowship afforded Dr. Sanders the opportunity to work with, and provide orthopaedic care to, the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League and the Buffalo State College Athletics.

He graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey / Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1988. Dr. Weiss was an orthopedic resident at the University of Maryland Hospital from 1989 to 1993 and a fellow at Shock Trauma Maryland Institute of Emergency Medical Services Systems at the University of Maryland Hospital.
